Safety

Zero room for assumption.

Every lift is engineered before a machine leaves the yard. Six gates, each signed off and documented — the sequence does not move forward until the previous stage closes.

    Planning

    Site survey, access route study, ground conditions, obstruction mapping, method statement issued for review.

  2. 02

    Load analysis

    Weight verification, centre of gravity, sling angles, dynamic factors, ground bearing pressure calculation.

  3. 03

    Equipment selection

    Load chart matching at radius, configuration and counterweight selection, utilisation capped below rated limit.

  4. 04

    Rigging

    Tackle inspection and certification, spreader configuration, trial lift, toolbox talk with the full crew.

  5. 05

    Execution

    Exclusion zone enforced, single appointed signaller, wind monitoring, controlled hoist and slew to position.

  6. 06

    Handover

    Position verification, de-rigging, site demobilisation, complete lift documentation issued to the client.
